要在所有人都迷失的時候,提醒別浪費活動行銷人也需要的養分

要在別人不相信他們可以做好且懷疑自己的時候充分展現些魔力

要確定在PVC、壓克力、噴漆、烤漆、原色...哪種表現形式才能凸顯最好的一面
要在彩排活動前或當下,指揮調度一切與找出可能產生問題的細節點

要面對在活動前一刻才收到最終的檔案或老闆到場大手一揮,就能即時做出完美調整

要適時切換時間管理大師模式,為不同種類的客戶省下預算

要在所有夥伴精疲力盡即將倒下前告訴他們 『我們可以的』!

But that's a bit misleading to describe what an event marketer does!

 

Event marketers have to hold a lot of meetings, and they have to balance the expectations of customers and every partner around them, including designers and creatives. Day after day, in private time, I think about the expectations and overcome all kinds of thorns in reality.

 

It is necessary to define clearly the positioning of various styles, let different designs or creative techniques collide with new imaginations and add that last-minute surprise to produce a gorgeous marketing campaign.

 

When everyone is lost, remind them not to waste the energy we need to keep doing the magic when others don't believe they can do it well and doubt themselves.

 

We determine which form of expression can highlight the best side of all the colors and materials, find out the details that may cause problems or face tight deadline, make perfect adjustments in time, or save budget for different types of customers. We keep the spirit and encourage all teammates "We can do it!" before they are exhausted and about to collapse!

 

Finally, you will find "Learn to do all the things you don't like, so that you can enjoy everything you can do."

 

This is the job of an event marketer , trying to integrate everything between idea and reality, client, vendor, and use the "artist spirit" to achieve the ultimate and irreplaceable!
